In apartment lots and on tighter residential streets, a clear spot near the entrance keeps the drop quick. We do not pull permits, so hold a space with your complex or line one up ahead of your window. A driveway or a reserved spot by the door works best.

Is there a delivery or pick-up fee in Clayton?

You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 48 hours notice, there is a $50 convenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.

Does Stack deliver inside my home?
Nope! Stack is a door to door delivery service. That means we drop off your items at the nearest accessible point outside your home or apartment—typically your driveway, garage, or the door to your unit. We don’t carry items inside your home or apartment.
