If our team carries bins up or down stairs, it’s a $10-per-flight charge — worth knowing for a Montrose walk-up or an older Heights bungalow with no elevator. Handling the stairs yourself? Say so at checkout and there’s no fee. Either way, tell us the layout so the driver arrives ready.

Do I need to reserve street parking for the delivery?

On tight streets in The Heights, Montrose, or Rice Village, a clear spot near the entrance makes drop-off quicker. We don’t pull parking permits for you, so if your block fills up early or needs one, sort it before your window. A driveway or a marked loading zone is ideal.
