Can you deliver to a downtown Orlando high-rise?

Most towers around downtown Orlando and Lake Eola want a certificate of insurance and a booked freight elevator or loading dock before move day. Stack drops the bins off, so reserve your window with building management and we deliver inside it. Book the slot early during busy months.

Do the bins hold up in Orlando’s heat and storms?

Better than cardboard does. Central Florida gets a hard afternoon thunderstorm most summer days, and a box caught in one gives out; the sealed plastic bins latch shut and keep the rain off your things. The heat and humidity don’t soften them the way they soften a box.

How far around Orlando do you deliver?

Delivery and pickup are included across the Orlando area, from downtown and Winter Park out to Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona, and the edges of Orange County. If your address sits well past the metro, we’ll quote the extra mileage up front, before you book.

How many bins do I need for an apartment versus a house?

A studio or one-bedroom near downtown usually fits our Studio or 1-Bedroom bundle. A three or four-bedroom house in Winter Park or Dr. Phillips needs more. Between sizes? Size up. Returning a few empty bins beats running short mid-move.

Do I need to arrange parking for the delivery truck?

In a downtown building, a reserved loading zone or a clear spot near the entrance keeps drop-off quick. We don’t pull parking permits for you, so sort a spot with your building ahead of your window. In the suburbs, an open driveway works best.

Is there a delivery or pick-up fee in Orlando?

Stack charges a delivery and pickup fee based on your distance if you’re within a certain radius of Orlando. If delivery and/or pick-up is outside of Orlando zone, just let us know and we will provide the cost of gas & time.

Do I need to be present for delivery + pick-up?

Yes, in most cases someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept the delivery of moving box rentals in Orlando. If for some reason you will not be present, let us know in advance and we may be able to work out a special delivery if there is a safe space to leave the boxes and dollies.

How big are the bins?

Each standard size bin is equivalent to a large cardboard box and measures 27” by 17” at the top, 24.5” by 14.5” at the bottom, and 13” tall. In our experience, this is the perfect size box for any Orlando move!

What happens if I want to extend my rental?

No problem! Simply let our Orlando team know before the pick-up date that you need to extend the rental window, and by how long, and we’ll make it happen. You will simply be charged extra for every week that you keep the boxes beyond what you’ve already paid for.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 48 hours notice, there is a $50 convenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.

Does Stack deliver inside my home?

Nope! Stack is a door to door delivery service. That means we drop off your items at the nearest accessible point outside your home or apartment—typically your driveway, garage, or the door to your unit. We don’t carry items inside your home or apartment.
