Plenty of Celebration and Kissimmee moves happen in a gated community or a larger apartment complex with a front gate and a leasing office. Stack drops the bins off, so give the office or gate your delivery window and we’ll pull right in. Tell us the building and unit so the driver comes ready.

Do the bins hold up in Osceola’s heat and storms?

Better than cardboard does. A hard summer thunderstorm can soak a box fast; the sealed plastic bins latch shut and keep the rain off your things. The heat and humidity don’t soften them the way they soften a box.

How far around Osceola County do you deliver?

Do I need to arrange parking for the delivery truck?

Most Osceola homes have a driveway, so the drop is easy. In a gated community, give the gate our window so the truck gets through. We don’t pull parking permits, so a clear spot by the door is all the driver needs.

Is there a delivery or pick-up fee in Osceola?

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 48 hours notice, there is a $50 convenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.

Does Stack deliver inside my home?
Nope! Stack is a door to door delivery service. That means we drop off your items at the nearest accessible point outside your home or apartment—typically your driveway, garage, or the door to your unit. We don’t carry items inside your home or apartment.
