Can you deliver to a St. Petersburg or Clearwater high-rise?

Most waterfront and downtown condo towers in St. Petersburg and Clearwater want a certificate of insurance and a booked freight elevator or loading dock before move day. Stack drops the bins off, so reserve your window with building management and we deliver inside it. Sort it about a week ahead.

Do the bins hold up in Pinellas heat and humidity?

Better than cardboard does. On the peninsula the salt air and August humidity turn a box soft fast; the sealed plastic bins don’t sag. During hurricane season from June through November, the latching lids keep a sudden downpour off your things on the way to the truck.

How far around Pinellas County do you deliver?

Delivery and pickup are included across the county, from St. Petersburg and Clearwater out to Largo, Pinellas Park, Dunedin, and Palm Harbor. If your address sits well past the county, we’ll quote the extra mileage up front, before you book.

How many bins do I need for a condo versus a house?

A studio or one-bedroom near downtown St. Pete usually fits our Studio or 1-Bedroom bundle. A full house in Clearwater or Dunedin needs more. Between sizes? Size up. Returning a few empty bins beats running short mid-move.

Do I need to arrange parking for the delivery truck?

On tight beach-town streets in Clearwater Beach or downtown Dunedin, a clear spot near the door makes drop-off quick. We don’t pull parking permits for you, so sort a spot or a loading zone ahead of your window. A driveway or a held space by the entrance works best.

Is there a delivery or pick-up fee in Pinellas?

Stack charges a delivery and pickup fee based on your distance if you’re within a certain radius of Pinellas. If delivery and/or pick-up is outside of Pinellas zone, just let us know and we will provide the cost of gas & time.

Do I need to be present for delivery + pick-up?

Yes, in most cases someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept the delivery of moving box rentals in Pinellas. If for some reason you will not be present, let us know in advance and we may be able to work out a special delivery if there is a safe space to leave the boxes and dollies.

How big are the bins?

Each standard size bin is equivalent to a large cardboard box and measures 27” by 17” at the top, 24.5” by 14.5” at the bottom, and 13” tall. In our experience, this is the perfect size box for any Pinellas move!

What happens if I want to extend my rental?

No problem! Simply let our Pinellas team know before the pick-up date that you need to extend the rental window, and by how long, and we’ll make it happen. You will simply be charged extra for every week that you keep the boxes beyond what you’ve already paid for.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 48 hours notice, there is a $50 convenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.

Does Stack deliver inside my home?
Nope! Stack is a door to door delivery service. That means we drop off your items at the nearest accessible point outside your home or apartment—typically your driveway, garage, or the door to your unit. We don’t carry items inside your home or apartment.
