Handling the stairs yourself and skipping the fee? Say so at checkout. Either way, tell us the setup so the driver arrives prepared.

What’s the cancellation policy if my move date changes?

Plans shift, especially when a closing slides. You can cancel ahead of your scheduled delivery without a hassle, so reach out as early as you can and we’ll free up the window and adjust your booking. If you just need more time with the bins instead, an extension runs $100 per additional week.
